Kentucky is one of those red states that is gnawing its own limbs off, on police misconduct, women's reproductive rights, gun control, and still coming to the federal gov with its hand out for federal funds because the state can't fund itself.

They take more money than they contribute to the common good. I think that is where we should hit them: quit giving them blue state money until and unless this shit stops.
