Couldn’t agree more with your premise or your analysis, but too much of the time now my own ability to articulate a solid premise and nuanced analysis then commit it to the page only makes me more keenly aware of how small I feel in the face of the challenge.

Perhaps if we all know we are perceiving the same thing and making a cohesive collecting choice about how we respond to it, we can “be the change.” We must keep believing that or, as I said in one of my most read pieces, start “drinking heavily and waiting to die.”
