Yeah, but I had to try. And while I was not surprised by his intransigence, I was taken aback by his vulgarity. But what I was really trying to do was to address what was left on the table after the elections, because it was serious. He gave me a context to frame the conversation even if it was a conversation he couldn't have. Mike says that sometimes it is more about the reader observing it than it is about those doing the talking. And I have to say, Mike posted it on other platforms and folks were much more conversant.
